Industry chain

Relying on the research and production strengths across the entire industry chain, Lihoo’s has formed an industrial ecological cluster of "supporting farmers in raw materials cultivation, green extraction, taste R&D, and standardized taste products".

Lihoo’s has established production bases in Tsingtao, Shanghai, Longnan in Gansu, and Korla in Xinjiang. We also have flavor standardization research institutes in Tsingtao, Shanghai, and Chengdu. We have strategic cooperation with the Standardization Administration of China, China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries, China Hotel Association, and China Cuisine Association to jointly develop industry standards and participate in the formulation of national standards. Lihoo’s is striving to make breakthroughs in the "standardization of Chinese cuisine" and leading continuous development of the food industry chain.

Extraction technology

Our mission is "creating global delicacies together", and we have independently developed ultra-large ten thousand-liter level supercritical extraction equipment. We now have multiple sets of large-scale advanced equipment such as supercritical CO2 extraction, molecular distillation, etc., and we use advanced extraction and separation processes such as supercritical CO2 extraction, cross-critical extraction, molecular distillation, etc., combined with core technologies such as refining and separation, flavor index data analysis, and customized flavor quantification to produce natural flavor and fragrance products for the food industry in a professional and refined manner.

    The leading domestic factory for supercritical CO2 extraction of spices. We select the best quality Sichuan peppercorns from the Wudu Dahongpao Sichuan peppercorn production area in China.

  • Korla, Xinjiang

    A tomato processing factory covering an area of 200 acres, jointly built with Xinjiang Guannong Fruit & Antler. We select the best quality tomatoes from the Yanqi Basin in southern Xinjiang, China.
